Project Background

Reward system is a powerful tool to increase user engagement and to increase loyalty to the brand, each shop would want to create a reward system for marketing and branding service. In this project, we worked on the product design of a reward system hub mobile app and CMS website for user to integrate different reward systems and business owner to create their own reward system.

Vision

Shopping malls or business groups commonly have incentives to own a reward system, it’s costly to build a reward loyalty system app from scratch, so it will be ideal to have reward system frameworks to create a customized platform for the business

Realities

The existing system is outdated with bad UX, on the other hand, only big cooperation can afford a high cost to build a reward system with a good user experience

Product Mission

Create a reward system framework integrating standard features with good UX practice, making the reward system easy for businesses and merchants to customize the parts of the reward system with a CMS. For users, the goal is to provide a simple flow to interact with the reward system and to gain value from the product by obtaining the reward they want

Problem statement

t’s costly for shopping malls or businesses to create an effective reward system customized for them with a good user experience and an easy-to-use CMS. The following are the main aspects of the pain points and business needs.

• Hard to create a reward system from scratch
• Lack of features and measures to increase users’ regular engagement
• Redemption is not clear and hard to maintain
• The point issue process is complicated for users and merchants > Image recognition with simple overrides mechanism
