Creating a user-centric approach to eCommerce design for the luxury brand to balance the needs of customers online & offline and the business requirement to enhance the integration of the existing ERP system.
Reward systems are scattered and not related, in this project, we designed a platform to act as a reward hub to integrate different reward systems for integrated rewards mechanism and point conversion to maximise user stickiness to the businesses
